We don't offer returns or refunds — all AZM sales are final. If something's wrong with your order, we're glad to make it right through an exchange.

Exchanges

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for the correct or replacement item.

How to start an exchange

Email us with your order number and a short description (and photo, if relevant) of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
